Lena MorganLena Morgan’s career began in the music industry as a producer and session musician. Those skills have allowed her to parlay her excellent ears and technical skills into an impressive ability to recognize great new talent, voice direct sessions and cast projects.
Following a successful career in music and as a professional chef, Lena “retired” to enjoy Ha-waii. But instead, island kismet directed her to help create the infrastructure for ITA, a new VO agency. She began running the agency’s day to day operations and quickly mastered the skills specific to voiceover representation. As an admitted workaholic, she made partner by working 7 days a week, 14-hours a day. Tasked with opening ITA’s flagship LA office, Lena built the roster to more than 300 artists and tripled company earnings in less than a year.
In 2013, she left ITA to start Rockstar. Renown for her dedication, loyalty and honesty, 90% of her roster chose to move to her new venture where she continues to generate the remarkable booking ratios and strong personal relationships that have forged her impeccable reputation in the industry.
Lena is proud to be an original member of The HUB’s development team and is equally honored to participate in its future growth as a member of its’ Advisory Board.
